On September 4th , 2008 the innovative program "University cluster" has started.

On September 4th , 2008, Hewlett-Packard Co, Institute for System Programming of RAS and Joint SuperComputer Center (JSCC) of RAS with the partnership of a national communication service provider Synterra, Ministry of the Mass Communications of Russian Federation and Agency on affairs of youth of the Russian Federation start the innovative program "University cluster".
