Version 0.7b6

This version contains a lot of bugfixes relatively to 0.7b5
query optimization has been slightly changed.
This version also contains a lot of fixes for performance speedup - but it's not seen yet from upper level

you can download the latest revision (gnusql-0.7b6.1.tar.gz) of GNU SQL server.

oops.. forget to fix copyright's years. cleaned SGI compiler
warnings and removed few unnecessary files from distribution
